Restaurant Bank website uses Facebook Pixel to measure and create customized target group advertising, as well as to ensure that our ads are displayed to the right target groups.

The Facebook Pixel allows tracking the effectiveness of Facebook ads and utilizing this information for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remains anonymous, and we cannot see personal information about individual users.

However, Facebook stores and processes the collected data and can link it to the user’s Facebook account and use the information for its own marketing purposes, following Facebook’s privacy policy.

We may also collect other information you provide to us. Additionally, we store information in the register about whether you have given consent for direct marketing through electronic means as defined by the law or whether you have prohibited direct marketing.

1.2 Automatically collected information

We may use various methods to automatically collect information from your computer or mobile device when you use our website. Automatic methods may include cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. 2.3 Legal basis for processing personal data

The primary basis for processing personal data is the customer relationship (legitimate interest) between the company belonging to the NoHo Partners group and you, and our legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship and targeting marketing activities. We may also process your information based on your consent.

3. Sharing and Disclosing the data we collect

We do not sell your personal information, and we only disclose your information as described in this privacy policy. The disclosure of information is done in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. We may disclose your personal information within the NoHo Partners group to individuals responsible for customer relationships, sales, and marketing.

We may transfer your personal information to service providers who provide us with services such as data processing and other IT services, campaign, competition and lottery services, as well as opinion and market research services, for the purpose of obtaining customer loyalty cards. We do not allow such service providers to use your personal information or disclose it for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.

4. User tracking

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking. Registry data is protected from external use, and the use of the registry is monitored.
