Bank Buffet selection includes six starters of your choice and one dessert. Please also choose main courses (or just one) from the following list.

  • Chicken and cashew nut wonton-packet in ginger broth
  • Sesame salmon, lemongrass sauce and potato croquet

  • Ice cellar salmon Bank style; fennel bread and mustard mayonnaise
  • Lamb roast and potato muffin flavoured with thruffle
  • Cherry clafoutis and bourbon vanilla sauce

MENU EUROPE 63,00 €

  • Jerusalem artichoke soup and roasted cep
  • Smoked lavaret and vendace roe on malt bread
  • Roasted fillet of red deer, creamy game sauce and parsnip roasted with rosemary
  • Goats cheese from Kolatun Finland with nut and apple compote
  • Cloudberry savarin and white chocolate mousse
